David S. Chang
CEODavid S. Chang is the CEO of Chang Holding Company and Home Care Solutions, Care for Life. He is passionate about caring for loved ones and helping them find solutions for top-notch care without worrying about how to pay for it. He founded Chang Holding Company in 2010 with its headquarters in Honolulu, Hawaii and offices in California. Chang Holding is currently comprised of WealthBridge Inc., WealthBridge Real Estate and Development LLC, Home Care Solutions LLC and The Care for Life Program, GreenTech Pacific LLC, and Pacific West Import and Exports. David is also the editor of The Art of Thinking SMART, a blog and finance column in The Star-Advertiser’s weekly Midweek with a readership of over 400,000 people. He currently serves as the 29th Brigade Combat Team Military Intelligence Officer in the Hawaii Army National Guard and holds the rank of Major. David has served on numerous boards and advisory committees. He is currently on the Board of Directors for Surfing the Nations and the Trinity Center for World Mission. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association, Past Chair of the steering committee for the Young Professionals program of The Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii, and the Community Liaison for Inspire Church, an 8000-member church. David is an accomplished musician, leading numerous church music teams playing the guitar, trumpet, piano, and lead vocals. David is married to Beth Fukumoto Chang, an elected Hawaii State Representative for District 36 – Mililani and Mililani Mauka and the Minority Leader for the Hawaii State Legislature. She has a B.A. from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and an M.A. in American Studies from Georgetown University. She was awarded a James Madison Fellowship by the Millennial Action Project for her demonstrated success in transcending partisan lines. In September 2013, The Daily Beast, a popular political blog, listed Beth as one of “Nine Women Remaking the Right.” Most recently, Beth was named as one of the Washington Post’s “The Fix’s 40 under 40″ rising political stars.

Michael North is a Senior Executive of Business Development for WealthBridge Inc. and Chang Holding Company.
He is a founding member of Pacific Royalties, an investment group founded in partnership with Arthur Lipper, that develops financing vehicles using corporate revenue royalties. He is also an executive at Asia-Pacific Network, which builds trade and investment between America and China, Japan, and Korea.
He is a co-founder of Greenstar, a green energy and media company that installs solar-powered community centers in remote villages in the developing world. He is the original founder and CEO of North Communications, a public access network company that pioneered the use of touchscreens for banks, retailers and government agencies worldwide. He was able to build the company to hundreds of employees.
Michael has helped grow and build companies in the fields of finance, marketing, business development, alliance development, telecommunications and technology. He is active in venture capital, private equity and royalty financing, with local projects in Hawaii, across the U.S. mainland, and in greater China.
He resides in Honolulu, and serves as a strategic business development advisor for growing businesses. He is also the co-founder of the Zhou Enlai Peace Institute, an American non-profit organization continuing to spread the legacy and peace of Zhou Enlai,the Premier and Foreign Minister of China from 1949 to 1976, who is responsible for opening up China to the world.
Lisa Carr, RN, BSN
Director of Nursing
Lisa Carr, BSN, RN is the Director of Nursing for Home Care Solutions and the Care for Life Program. She has over 12 years of experience in the Home Care Industry. Born and raised in Hawaii, Lisa is passionate about helping her clients receive the best care possible from the comfort of their homes. As a CNA, Lisa ran her own home care business and prided herself in making sure that each of her clients were treated like family. Lisa’s compassion for her clients ensured that they received the best care possible. In 2004 Lisa returned to school to obtain her Bachelors in Science, Nursing, and graduated with honors from Hawaii Pacific University. After graduating, Lisa worked as an RN with MasterCare, where she was able to work with medically fragile pediatric patients, before coming on board as Home Care Solutions and Nurses Just for Kid’s Director of Nursing. Lisa’s experiences also includes caring for clients with dementia and Alzheimer’s. Since 2009, Lisa has served at First Assembly of God as the regional youth leader. She also serves on the worship team and with adopt a highway. Her passions also include short-term missions and spending time with her family.
She has extensive experience in managing business operations and finances. As a co-founder of a landscaping design and maintenance corporation company, she helped grow it into a multi-million dollar and multi-state company. She was responsible for all internal functions and contributed to its successful expansion and growth.
She has a degree in Business and Film at Columbia College-Chicago with a concentration in Music Supervision. She founded her own company, Celadon Productions, a video editing and short film production business.
Donna’s poetry has been published, recorded, and released on RAW: Recorded Art Words in Chicago. She has worked with musicians across the Chicagoland area in production, promotion, and publishing.
She is highly motivated and excited to meet and work with new people and help meet their needs.
Administrative Assistant/Scheduling Coordinator
Julia Sukich is an Administrative Assistant/Scheduling Coordinator at Home Care Solutions. Currently, Julia is pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Creative Media and Philosophy at the University of Hawaii. Her experiences working with other team members helps to ensure a satisfactory experience for both the clients and employees alike. Julia’s strong organizational skills and creative outlook enable her to assist clients and caregivers. In her free time, Julia spends time engaging in some of her other passions which include acting and photography.
Administrative Assistant/Scheduling Coordinator
Tamara Dixon is an Administrative Assistant/Scheduling Coordinator at Home Care Solutions. Tamara is a native of Thurmont, Maryland who graduated from Frederick Community College as a Registered Nurse and Coastline Community College as a Medical Assistant. She later graduated from Concorde Career Institute with a degree in Medical Office Administration. Tamara has been a military spouse since 2005 and has been stationed in Washington, D.C., Jacksonville, FL, Japan and now Honolulu, Hawaii. Throughout her years in the medical field she has worked in hospitals, doctors offices, and as an in-home care provider. Tamara is passionate about being a great mother and wife and working in the medical field.
