David S. Chang, ChFC®, is CEO of Home Care Solutions dba Care for Life. David’s grandmother passed away at 98, being cared for at home until she had to go to a skilled nursing facility. Through this experiences, he understood the financial, emotional, and mental toll that many families had to deal with, not to mention the time spent. He wanted to help those in need of care.
He is an award-winning entrepreneur, wealth manager, and author. He is a West Point graduate and combat war veteran. He has built his company from one person to over sixty employees, being recognized by Pacific Business News in 2018 and 2017 as one of the Largest Veteran-Owned Businesses. In 2018 David was selected by Marquis Who’s Who as a Top Executive and Business Leader. In 2015 David was chosen as a member of InvestmentNews’ 2015 40 Under 40 list of top young advisers and associated professionals in the financial planning industry. He has been featured in Forbes as one of America’s Select Financial Leaders. In 2013 David was selected as Top 40 Under 40 Military by CivilianJobs.com. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York, with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Computer Science. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Certificate of Entrepreneurship from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) Anderson School of Management. He also holds a Master of Arts in Political Science with a focus on East Asian Politics from the University of Hawaii and a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Covenant Theological Seminary. In addition, David was selected as an East-West Graduate Degree Fellow and earned a Certificate of Leadership from the East-West Center in Honolulu, HI. He is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program (10kSB) and has a Certificate of Entrepreneurship from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a Certificate of Entrepreneurship from Babson College.
David was commissioned and served in the U.S. Army as an active duty Armor and Military Intelligence Officer. He is a veteran of the Global War on Terror and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He has served in numerous leadership and staff positions while on active duty, the Hawaii Army National Guard, and is currently the Battalion Commander for the 250th Expeditionary Military Intelligence Battalion in the California Army National Guard.
David is involved in the community through different organizations, boards, and advisory committees. He is on the Rutgers Center for Innovation Education Customer Experience Los Angeles Advisory Board. He is a member of the Military Intelligence Corps Association, Cavalry and Armor Association, the Young Entrepreneurs’ Council, the Financial Planning Association, and Past Chair of the steering committee for the Young Professionals program of The Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii.
He is a member and alumnus of the SBA Emerging Leaders Program, Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program (10kSB), East-West Center New Generation Seminar (NGS), American Council of Young Political Leaders (ACYPL), and the West Point Alumni Association. He is the former Community Liaison for an 8000-member church. David is an accomplished musician, leading numerous church music teams playing the guitar, trumpet, piano, and lead vocals. He has hosted and been on guests on numerous TV and radio shows, as well as been a guest lecturer at colleges.
Chief Operating Officer
In this role, she works with the CEO to advance the organizations vision, strategic priorities, and growth goals. As the Head of Client Relations for WealthBridge Inc., she serves as principal liaison between the firm and its clients. Donna builds loyalty through outreach, interaction and continuous improvement of services. She also provides administrative support to the wealth managers and assists with business development.
Donna has extensive experience in managing business operations. She is co-founder of Gemini Lawn and Landscaping, which she helped grow into a multi-state, landscaping design and maintenance corporation in Michigan. She was responsible for all internal functions and contributed to its successful expansion and growth.
After her tenure with Gemini, she left to pursue a degree in Business and Film at Columbia College-Chicago with a concentration in Music Supervision. At this time she founded her own company, Celadon Productions, a video editing and short film production business. Donna’s poetry has been published, recorded, and released on RAW: Recorded Art Words in Chicago. She has worked with musicians across the Chicagoland area in production, promotion, and publishing.
She is highly motivated and excited to meet and work with new people and help meet their needs.
Senior Executive of Business Development
He is a founding member of Pacific Royalties, an investment group founded in partnership with Arthur Lipper, that develops financing vehicles using corporate revenue royalties. He is also an executive at Asia-Pacific Network, which builds trade and investment between America and China, Japan, and Korea.
He is a co-founder of Greenstar, a green energy and media company that installs solar-powered community centers in remote villages in the developing world. He is the original founder and CEO of North Communications, a public access network company that pioneered the use of touchscreens for banks, retailers and government agencies worldwide. He was able to build the company to hundreds of employees.
Michael has helped grow and build companies in the fields of finance, marketing, business development, alliance development, telecommunications and technology. He is active in venture capital, private equity and royalty financing, with local projects in Hawaii, across the U.S. mainland, and in greater China.
He resides in Honolulu, and serves as a strategic business development advisor for growing businesses. He is also the co-founder of the Zhou Enlai Peace Institute, an American non-profit organization continuing to spread the legacy and peace of Zhou Enlai,the Premier and Foreign Minister of China from 1949 to 1976, who is responsible for opening up China to the world.
Administrative Assistant/Scheduling Coordinator
Julia Sukich is an Administrative Assistant and Scheduling Coordinator at Home Care Solutions dba Care for Life. Currently, Julia is pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Media at the University of Hawaii.
She has worked in a variety of positions in the service industry. Her strong organizational skills and creative outlook enable her to assist our clients, they family members, and our caregivers. She has a strong desire to help and serve others. Her diverse experiences help to ensure that we surpass the expectations of our clients and caregivers.
In her free time, Julia spends time engaging in some of her other passions which include acting, modeling, and photography. She has produced and directed short films and can be seen as an extra on TV shows such as Hawaii Five-O.
